   sounds familiar,reminds me of when i was much younger and would stare into the sun,but was told it wasnt good for me,so i stopped,i wanted to see what would happen if i stared at the sun,dont know what i expected to happen.

     There IS much we have BEen told is NOT good for us that in fact actually IS and much that we have BEen told IS good for us which actually is NOT…..

     It IS an unfortunate reality of the world withIN which we live, [details of which I shall save for another time ;D] HOWEVER……BEing that we are BEings of free will, and have – especially NOW with the advent of the internet, the easy access to information, it IS up to each of us independently to DO our research and find out – to the best of our abilities – what TRUEly IS good for us and not good for us.

     Of course…..all information comes from someone, somewhere, and the best way to TRUEly KNOW if anything IS good or bad for us IS to experience it for ourselves…..though…..somethings do not show their affects for many years, and thus…..again….we are back to DOing what we are able, to the best of our abilities with what we have available to us in any now.

     I will say though, that DOing something to find out for ourselves IS DOing more than just allowing another’s interpretation/perception to BE our reality and thus providing us the ability to intuitively [even if we can not verify the facts for tens of years or ever physically] determine if something feels right to and for us which really, at the end of the day IS the bestest tool we have for so determining. 😀
