there is beyond more- much much more than any one of us needs
and that which each require, is allready
and then some……in fact, much much much more!!!
i pay attention to all aspects where manifestations of all of this are evident, physical and realized.
i continue to speak to my self, my mind, focusing on these positive conversations knowing that……
i can choose to focus on anything
while going thru whatever situations outside of my mind – in the physical world, i am going through….and thus
alter the experience of those physical situations
in accordance to my chosen mind state
and therefore affect
the future situations i will be having as a result…..
everything is energy
our thoughts TODAY affect the physically manifest reality tomorrow……
instead of thinking for example, “im sick of dealing with this shit”, say thank you to that thought for giving the ability to reaffirm where focus is WANTed to BE,
which is to say;
“thank you for this NOT BEing the ‘same shit’,
thank you for the newness,
the opportunities,
the growth” ,
“thank YOU for the success,
recognition,
acknowledgement,
continuous flow of opportunity,
continuous ease upon which our journey unfolds and
positive abundance received, through every aspect of our beingness, simply in being”
“thank you for taking care of EVERYTHING for ME!!!!!”
“thank you for BEing there”
“thank ME for BEing Open to Receive,
aligning with SELF,
BEing ME,
DOing the BEST I can DO,
following my Bliss,
BEing the person I came here to BE,
the person that makes me Proud to BE, ME”……..
can ya imagine…………..
all that spawned by one little negative self affirmation “i’m sick of dealing with this shit”…….
gotta be greatFull ‘cuz all them positives definitely squash this little babay into the ground and make this NOW palpable, even, dare I say, exciting as we walk the journey towards the ever manifesting unfoldment of our successFull, fulFilled, transforming, transcending, enLIGHTening, awakening lives!!!

even though things aren’t as we may want them to be…..there are worries, concerns, we know are wasteful of our energy, but we give our energy to ‘em illusory temptations nehoo……yup, we do, okay, fine, but….not all the time….and maybe….less and less, if….if we CHOOSE to DO something wild and crazy….yes, I’m talk’n off the wall insane……….
if WE CHOOSE to actually enJOY our experience AS we are having it…….even when it’s not “perfect” – relish in the GIFT of the MOMENT YOU ARE IN……relish in the process, relish in the lessons BEing learned, the fabulousness of the “School room” YOU happen to BE learning within……the tools of YOUr education……
as we journey – let go of the “imperfections” if even momentarily, and really really delve into the AWEsomeness of ALL that is soooooooo AWEsome about where YOU ARE, NOW.
Let go………..dive right in, dive deep, allow YOUr SELF to BE FULLy consumed, enraptured~Complete.
