Face yOUR Fears
Facing our FEARs DOes NOT have to BE a HUGE Step….
We want to expand our comfort zone, not put ourselves into a position that will obliterate our comfort and potentially initiate any additional fear based conditioning.
When we are gentle with SELF, ALLOW SELF to take BABY STEPS, like with losing weight, BEing patient with SELF we ensure long term effects.
To FACE yOUR FEARs, start by DOing the SMALLest of things of that which YOU normally would BE hesitant to DO, for example, if YOU have a fear of fire, light a candle.
YOU are looking to GENTLY expand yOUR comfort zone, to LOVingly assist yOUR SELF to feel emPOWERed within yOUR own BEing.
It IS in taking SMALL STEPS, BEing Gentle & Patient with SELF that we are enCOURAGEd to continue on….step by step we grow & transcend.
The MOST Important thing to DO, IS to DO something…to Start, to take that First Step, whatever that may BE, starting with openly having a conversation about yOUR fear.
There are a PLETHORA of ways by which we may face our FEARs – TRY as MANY as YOU CAN, just KEEP TRYING, Stay with it, Determined Perseverance is KEY.
**Special Note***
It IS TRUE, sometimes when we don’t have the FAITH, the TRUST, the COURAGE to face our FEARs WHOLE- which again, IS totally ok, do NOT beat yOUR SELF up about it, instead honour it, start SMALL, and….try FAKE’n it. In other words, “make pretend” like YOU did when YOU were a child.
Sometimes when ya “make pretend” YOU are NOT FEARFull about something & ACT despite the FEAR, even in an imaginary setting, an introspective environment within yOUR own Mind, YOU FREE yOUR SELF of yOUR fear, by proving to SELF that YOU CAN!
Remember the MOST important thing of ALL…..DO!

change the Mind Tape
within and BEgin to play harmonies of LOVE’s Light to, for, and through the I in ME we LOVE our SELVes to BE.

YOU ARE ONEderFull and YOU Deserve to hear it EVERY DAY in EVERY WAY!!!
And who better to BEgin the wave of LOVE for YOU than YOU!
Go on, give it a try, set aside ALL the mind tapes of negativity, and CHOOSE to FOCUS – even for THIS MOMENT NOW, on those things that ARE Great about YOU!!! On those things YOU HAVE accomplished, on the things YOU DO, DO, how YOU ARE Giving, Providing, Producing, CREATing, BEing.
CHOOSE in this NOW to focus on the YOU that YOU LOVE yOUR SELF to BE and GIVE yOUR SELF a LOVing Embrace for CHOOSing to BE the Magnificent Shining Light of LOVE YOU ARE!

We tend to spend a lot of our energy concentrating on the Negatives when in TRUTH the Positives FAR OUTWEIGH ANY Negatives that come our way.
In a day, we can have ONE ‘bad’ thing happen & hold onto it for HOURS, even DAYS…..forgetting about the INFINITE number of AMAZING things that occur in our day, starting with the fact that we woke up ☺
Let us LOOK for, to, and from our experiences that ARE Positive & BElittle, if NOT completely ignore the negatives, yup, that’s right, YOU hear me correctly, just let them go and let LOVE BE the focus of yOUR experience of BEingness ☺

Infinite Possibilities, Infinite CHOICE
What have YOU CHOSEn to surround yOUR SELF with?
Whom are the PEOPLE YOU are sharing yOUR experience of Life with?
What are their interests, attitudes, thoughts, characteristics?
What are the things YOU surround yOUR SELF with?
What kind of Places DO YOU surround yOUR SELF with?
What kind of INFLUENCE DO ALL of these have on YOU?
CHOOSE Well, CHOOSE Wisely, ?CHOOSE LOVE.
There’s much we oft’ times haven’t CHOICE regarding……..as there IS much we oft’ times HAVE CHOICE regarding.
USE the POWER of CHOICE YOU HAVE to CHOOSE to surround & imbue yOUR SELF with POSITIVELY Affecting stimuli…whether in the form of people, places, or things.
When YOU:
~listen to music, watch t.v., movies, go out to eat in a restaurant, go to a shopping mall, a special event, a night club, the beach, on vacation, on a trip, for a drive, a walk, an outing to the park………
~buy yOUR SELF clothing, jewelry, food, nik naks, gifts, furniture, toiletries…….
~partake in daily ACTivities, work, play, relaxation, exercise, wellness, health, and of course, the people YOU CHOOSE to have in yOUR life, how, when, where, & why they are……
……ALLways CHOOSE the HIGHest of the HIGHest of the HIGHest for YOU, BEcause YOU DESERVE & ARE WORTHY of ONLY the BEST of the BEST of the BEST………that which fills YOU in HAPPYness, that which propels YOU forward in LOVE’s Light for SELF & thus ALL.

What IS has more to DO with what WE CHOOSE to SEE then what actually IS.………everything IS based upon Perception……Our CHOSEN Perception……
TRUE…..it CAN BE difficult at times to CHOOSE to see the Positive, but………YOU CAN, and with perseverence, determination, repetition, practise, it DOes BEcome EASIER and EASIER and EASIER and BEfore ya KNOW it…….YOU ARE CHOOSing to SEE the glass half full instead of half empty ;~)
