Vibrational Frequency of LOVE
Ok ok so I gotta just say, I’ve got a GRRRRRRREAT way to heighten our vibrational frequency š
We’ve ALL heard it said that we should concentrate on what we WANT instead of that which we do NOT….
Yes yes okay but………
How about if instead of stating our “Affirmative Statements” of what we “WANT” we CHOSE to instead change it up with what we “LOVE”….?check BElow for examples š
it’s time to get down to some serious play š
We take a statement like the following:
“I want FREEdom”…….
and then we expand upon it…..
“I want the FREEdom to DO what I want, when I want, where I want with whom I want, how I want fulfilling my HIGHest HAPPYness and BEnefitting ALL as I DO”
WOW!
That sounds FAB DOesn’t it???
Ummmmmmm
YA!
Ok, ok, but…….
I KNOW!!!……just when ya think ya struck gold………a DIAMOND FIELD shows up I tell ya, a DIAMOND FIELD!!!
Let’s change the WORD “Want” to “LOVE” and see how that reads and how that makes us feel, shall we?
“I LOVE FREEdom”…
….and then we expand upon it…..
“I LOVE the FREEdom to DO what I LOVE, when I LOVE, where I LOVE, with whom I LOVE, & how I LOVE to DO it, fulfilling my HIGHest HAPPYness and BEnefitting ALL as I DO”

More often than NOT when we CHOOSE to take ACTions that are NOT of LOVE it IS BEcause of our own FEARs…our own insecurities about SELF.
If YOU are feeling ‘less than’, perhaps it IS that YOU are providing SELF an opportunity to see where YOU have NOT BEen LOVing SELF and thus ACTing in ways that are NOT LOVing to others…..
In facing these FEARs, these insecurities, with the LOVE that YOU would a parent to a child, YOU can release them, forgive yOUR SELF and CHOOSE to take ACTions, moving forward, that ARE LOVing to SELF and thus ALL ;~)

Deep Cleansing Breaths AhhOhhhhMmmmm
There are moments in our experience of growth, in our consciously aware transcendence, when rummaging through the closet of stored FEARs, we simply need to set aside that ‘box of illusory fear based conditioning’ and “CHILLAX” a while…..
Itās ALL about the?baby steps, one by one, day by day, hour by hour, ALL the while remembering to BREATHE, remembering that when the cleansing seems to BE overwhelming, it’s OKAY to step away and simply allow SELF to BE.
ā¦ā¦And when we are ready,
open the lid slowly, let the box air out for a bit.
Ahhhhhh YES, we are very hard on ourSELVes and we DO push push push and then push some more and sometimes….ALL we really need IS to just BE…..
There’s no rushā¦ā¦
Thatās right, take it easy, BREATHE~~~AhhhhhhhhOhhhhhhhMmmmmmmmmm
We are on NO ONE’s “time line” but our own…..
Just let go and let the rhythms of LOVE’s Light flow through our BEingness.
