YES, ’tis TRUE, ’tis VERY difficult whence within a state of “depressed levels of HAPPIness” as I prefer to refer to them, to CHOOSE yOUR thoughts as easily. I KNOW, I have BEen there……
This is WHY it IS soooooo important for ALL of WE to recognize the “WE” in “I”, and thus to start BEhaving, as the ONE Universal Family WE ARE.
We DO NOT stop thinking suddenly, lose sight of our mental faculties when depressed, any more than the infinite GIFTs within our surround stop BEing. We simply have a much more difficult time letting go of the thoughts of depressed levels of happiness we are allowing to bombard and be the focus of our minds.
Everyone, unfortunately, within this current world, ‘suffer’ unnecessarily from some level of depressed happiness or FEARFull thoughts at some time or another~ this is the current state of our conditioned global society~………understanding that there are only really TWO ways of approaching any situation, regardless of one’s interpretation – by LOVE or FEAR otherwise KNOWn as Optimistically or Pessimistically with FEAR encompasses ALL that is pessimistic, from stress and strain to anxiety, worry, lack of or low self esteem/love, etc……
Imagine a world where we TAUGHT EVERYONE to CHOOSE to SEE from a PERSPECTIVE of POSITIVITY….to look for, seek out and thus find the “Optimistic View” in EVERY SITUATION…….
Imagine a world where we UNITED together to SUPPORT, UPLIFT, ASSIST, & enLIGHTen ALL whom CHOSE otherwise~whom BEcame singularly obsessed with the ‘pessimistic’ perspective, to the alternate perspective of LOVE, and NOT ONLY illuminated this pathway of perceiving, receiving, & responding, but WERE THIS PATHWAY………..
ONEderFully, we are ALL walking this pathway to illumination and as we DO, there are more & more to assist everyone else by simply CHOOSing for themselves, in their own personal lives, to BE LOVE….CHOOSE the Optimistic View, BE the Example of our TRUTH 🙂
