Letting GO & Surrendering….two ‘key phrases’ we hear often within the Wisdom & Wellness circles, refers to letting go of our need to CONTROL everything, of our need to KNOW the HOW’s, What’s, Where’s, Why’s & When’s of everything when in TRUTH….we NEVER & ALLways DO 😉
It refers to releasing the MIND from these perceived “needs” to KNOW that which “shall BE” in our external environments, to CONTROL that which IS NOT of our Control, and surrendering to this TRUTH. It IS surrendering to the experience of yOUR NOW, NOW, as YOU are living it, BEing present therein completely, fully, WHOLE~LY.
As well as……
the Conscious Choice that when we DO, let go, it IS to LOVE that we surrender, for it IS LOVE that IS the engine that IS moving ALL for OUR HIGHest HAPPYness.
Align yOUR Heart with yOUR Mind
Understandably a difficult thing to DO as we really do NOT ALLways see {BEcause we are blinded by our FEARs, BEcause much occurs on levels of BEingness that ARE UNSEEN until such time as they are….like a seed growing into a flower, we only see it once the stem has broken through the earth’s surface and even then, we must wait to see its final beaYOUtyFull blossoming.} how something IS TRUEly for our HIGHest HAPPYness when it IS occurring.…where it IS leading us to….and we may fight against these occurrences as a result, not KNOWing that right around the corner IS the manifestation of our “Dreams Come True”….
It IS that we need to BE Present in our NOW, ask yOUR SELF, “in this NOW, am I okay?” CHOOSE to pay attention and BE Aware of the BLISSings that are coming in whatever forms they take….for how we CHOOSE to respond sends forth the manifesting domino affect upon ALL things related thereto.

Align with yOUR 'Pure' SELF of LOVE's Light
Sometimes it can BE difficult to escape from the negativity accosting our MINDs…..in these moments, DO NOT ACT….simply RELAX & allow…..
Allow the flow of negativity to pass through ~~especially when ~in the moment we are NOT able to embrace the GIFTs of Opportunity presented.
When having a “bad” emotion~even if inspired by another’s ACTions, it is an OPPORTUNITY to recognize where withIN SELF we are NOT BEing LOVE.
Brooding, Stewing, holding on to Negative Energy felt towards another DOes nothing but cause SELF pain~~release it by DOing through LOVE.
When unhappy with another, look to SELF FIRST, to see, where the unhappyness withIN {towards SELF} is derived ~~then take ACTion in LOVE.
When we are able to identify with our ‘PURE’ SELF we are able to ride the wave of any experiences we have in life, unfettered by negativity.
Radiating LOVE is what we’re each here to DO….ALL of WE showing the infinite reflections~potentials~possibilities for expressing LOVE

We often talk about “going with the flow”.
Why?
Because that is what you were created to do!
Think about this…everything that has been created has a natural flow and when it operates in that
flow there is no struggle.
Water does not struggle to flow.
Grass does not struggle to grow.
Wind does not struggle to blow.
Rain does not struggle to fall.
Sun does not struggle to shine.
Earth does not struggle to rotate.
Flowers do not struggle to bloom.
What does this tell us? Struggle is unnatural.
Why sentence ourselves to a life of struggle when it is clearly unnatural?
In short, struggle is a “learned response” that has been taught to us by those who are in a trance of struggle. This “learned response” has become an UNCONSCIOUS HABITUAL PATTERN.
Awareness is the first step to making any change in our lives. If you are aware that struggle is not “normal” and that it is a learned UNCONSCIOUS HABITUAL PATTERN, you can CONSCIOUSLY make the
choice not to live your life paddling upstream.
Focus your attention on this;
NOTHING YOU WANT IS UPSTREAM!
Everything you want is DOWNSTREAM.
This means you do not have to struggle (paddle up stream) to have it. All you need to do is put
your boat in the stream and let it carry you. In fact, you don’t need to paddle at all. Even if your boat is pointed in the wrong direction (upstream), as soon as you stop paddling the stream will turn your boat around without any effort on your part. Then you will be going in the direction where everything you desire takes place.
It is a simple but powerful metaphor.
Give up the struggle once and for all.
Let go of the paddles, trust that Source Energy will guide you downstream to your desire and start enjoying the trip.
