for the LOVE of WE, Meditate!

Meditating our Mind back into its home, our Heart

WHY IS Meditation sooooo Great???

BEcause it gets us out of pondering about our BEing-living-lives and into experiencing the feeling of BEing……??We have BEen conditioned to think about everything instead of feel the experience of everything.

Meditation assists us with this and there is NOT just ONE way to Meditate.
Some have more difficulty sitting still than others….
Some have more difficulty concentrating on one thing, quieting their minds, the THOUGHT Filled Chatter…..

There IS a SOLUTION for ALL!

Indeed the saying “Where there IS a Will there IS a way” exists for a reason!!!
Meditation IS NOT about the “how”…ie: sitting in lotus position, repeating a mantra over and over again…….

Meditation IS about realigning our Minds with our Hearts

…..and IS soooo important for ALL of WE BEcause we have BEen taught through a millenia of fear based conditioning that we need to BE Thinking ALL the time instead of FEELing.
We actually ALL Meditate ALL the time.….it’s just coming into the Awareness thereof so we can EXPAND upon this FEELing state of BEingness through out ALL aspects of our lives!!

Here are some simple techniques/ways/ideas to increase the FEELing state of BEingness:

~~While walking…..pay attention to every step YOU are taking….how yOUR body walks, how yOUR feet touch down upon the ground and then up again and then down…..

~~DO the same thing with yOUR breath.…whether whilst walking, sitting, talking, driving, ANYtime, ANYwhere….just PAY Attention to yOUR Breathing…..
LISTEN as YOU inhale and exhale.
FOLLOW yOUR breath through out yOUR body.

Inhaling deeply to the pit of yOUR tummy and spreading that cleansing breath of LOVE through out yOUR BEing right down to yOUR baby toes.

Exhaling until YOU feel yOUR belly button touching yOUR spinal chord and completely deflated like an unblown balloon, releasing ALL tensions and fears whilst YOU DO.

~~Listen to meditative music while YOU are working…..put head phones on if ya work in a communal office setting so as not to disturb anyone, and, for ease of attention [for now] make it musical not verbal, and just have it playing through out yOUR day.

~~When exercising, participating in physical activity of ANY kind….pay attention to the physical ACTivity YOU are doing, BE in the moment of that activity wholly, give yOUR self over to BEing fully present within the ACTivity YOU are participating within OR….. on the flip side……COMPLETELY lose yOUR SELF in the ACTivity, so for example, if YOU are dancing….close yOUR eyes and ALLOW yOUR SELF to BE utterly immersed within the musical melody playing and just ride the wave until YOU have completely disconnected from yOUR physical body and are floating upon the notes which themSELVes are floating through out YOU.

~~Simply CHOOSE to BE Consciously Aware in any given moment, to BE both involved in life’s situations and circumstances whilst simultaneously BEing an objective observer thereof, OR again, on the flip side, if in a situation that IS permitting, give yOUR SELF over to this detached state of objectivity and simply float off into ‘la la land’, and out of the physical experience YOU are in.  This CAN get a little surreal at times on both sides of the ‘flip’……don’t fret…..if ya go with it, YOU will find it to BE quite the LOVEly trip indeed ?
