We are ALL Energy
Our brains communicate with the rest of our body, {our BEingness} through Electrical stimulations pulsated through out our bodies via our spinal chord.
This is the same for our thinking, our Mind, is affected/stimulated by the “Attitude”/vibration, of the energy by which we regard/perceive ALL….
These two dynamics, the energy of our physical and our mental are intimately intertwined.
Practicing an “Attitude of Gratitude” assists in promoting Positive energy, not only on the mental level, but the emotional and physical levels as well.
An “Attitude of Gratitude” in short, is focusing our attentions on those things, however small they may be, in our lives, that are Positive, Gifts, Blessings for which we may BE {feel it, know it, think it, experience it} GREATFULL, ThankFull, & Appreciative.
Things like, I have two legs by which I may walk through the park and enjoy the laughter of children, 2 eyes by which I may see and take pleasure in life, warm shelter for my self and my family, a new opportunity, my very breath of LIFE…..ANYthing…..
This includes going so far as to look upon those things/people/situations/places in our lives we have labeled as negative and journeying the adventure to discover the Positive Gift that awaits our embrace therein.
In so DOing we promote not only a positive mind set, but a positive experience of Life itSELF, and are then GIFTed even more so, by ATTRACTing MORE like energy to US.
WOW!
We are ALL Energy, we communicate by energy within our BEingness and amongst our BEingness’, individually and collectively. The form of energy vibrations we “send out” into the world, we attract back from the world ~ this is the Universal Law of “cause-effect”.
Thus practicing an “Attitude of Gratitude” not only promotes a positive life experience within but generates such from our surround ☺
May YOU BE embraced by Positivity and the Light of LOVE today, tomorrow and ALLways – in YOUr Every NOW!!!

Life can be challenging at times, even down right difficult.
It is easy to fall into the negativity of what we perceive to BE the hurt, pain, & insecurity, facing WE, in our lives.
“WORRY” “STRESS” “ANXIETY” of what WILL BE, can tend to get all too consuming….
Yet, this is about that which MAY be, not that which IS, and thus Illusory.
There is a way out, reprieve from the negativity, a light by which to see, out of the darkness to the TRUTH of WE, Miracles of Light and LOVE…..
Stop in your moments of darkness, and TRUEly look around and see, in the very moment you are within…..have you all you need right NOW, in this moment?
Have you shelter? Clothing on your back? Food in your belly? Friends and Family who love you?
Take account of ALL that YOU DO have, that YOU ARE blessed, in THIS NOW…..
BE in THIS NOW.
Live EVERY Moment IN the moment you are within, and ask your SELF,
“in this NOW, have I all I NEED?”
Life is IN the moments we ARE, not the ones we worry or stress we shall be, for not until we are “there” are we there, nor do we KNOW what BEing “there” shall TRUEly BE, until we are.
YOU ARE a Blessed Miracle of Love’s Light and ARE LOVEd for simply BEing YOU!!!
