In declaring yOUR manifestation statement, DO SO from the POSITIVE Perspective, ensure that yOUR intention out into the energy pool of ALL, IS one that IS from a gracious, humbled, openly receiving point of view.
For example:
YOU may not BE happy with yOUR current financial situation, wanting to increase yOUR annual income and/or yOUR ability to afford greater diversity in yOUR life.
Instead of stating in any form of negativity how much YOU do NOT like yOUR current situation, how difficult it IS, or any other form of a negative statement, CHOOSE instead to make a statement that IS completely POSITIVE and yet stating something similar such as…….
âI LOVE when I can afford ANYthing and EVERYthing I WANT, whenever I want, however I want, with whomever I want to so enJOY.â
Same same but COMPLETELY Different.
And….it IS this very minuscule difference that makes ALL the MANIFESTING Difference in the world.
CHOOSing to come from a Positive Perspective maintains yOUR MIND set in a Positive, GreatFull vibration, and thus one that IS OPENLY Receiving, instead of closed off in dark, gloomy, anger.
It IS the difference BEtween seeing the roses on a blooming bush instead of the thorns which outnumber the roses 100 – 1.
If YOU can only see the thorns YOU will NEVER appreciate the roses, let alone allow yOUR SELF to enJOY their fragrance, touch their velvety softness, or even pick them to give them to a friend or lover.
When YOU find yOUR SELF COMPLAINING…….STOP….
BREATHE…and restate yOUR declaration from the Positive…….instead of using “I HATE” change yOUR statement from the get go with “I LOVE”.
***AndâŠ.for those moments that YOU are completely ensconced within a stream of consciousness that IS laden in negativity, BE PATIENT with yOUR SELF, BE LOVing with yOUR SELF. YOU have many tools and resources that YOU have amassed, many tips and tricks under yOUR hat, USE them.
We ALL fall prey to negative thinking, [for NOW] it IS unfortunately abounding in our surround, and has BEen for a millennia. It IS what we are ALL HEALing from, what this transcendence IS ALL about, what ALL that we hear with respect to 2012 relates to. We are transcending out of a consciousness based in fear and into ONE based in LOVE. It IS a process. It took time to train, condition, socialize, habitualize ALL of WE to live life from a fear based illusory stream of consciousness. Imagine, with the INFINITE number of perspectives available, Â how Amazingly ALL of WE CHOOSE to entertain these thoughts and feelings that are TRUEly NOT our own, to see life from the illusion of fear.
It has BEen a process of awakening, and we are the ONEs BLISSed to BE at the dawning thereto. What a ONEderFull Gift.
SooooooâŠ.BE patient, BE kind, BE LOVing with SELF and when overcome with said thoughts and feelings of negativity, âride the waveâ- have a conversation with yOUR fears, use them as a bridge to LOVE, redirect yOUR attentions onto something else, however irrelevant that may BE, distract yOUR Mind with anything other than the negativity, like music, art, a book, fitness, or in worst case scenarios, SLEEP.Remember, thoughts and feelings are transient, malleable, they will come and they will go.
Best of the best, the MORE we are committed to transcending our consciousness out of our past conditioning, based in fear to that which TRUEly serves the ALL, LOVE, the EASIER it BEcomes to so DO đ

In our quintessential state of BEingness…our intrinsic natural state, we are NOT affected by the goings on of our physically manifest existence.….these are but wave lengths upon which we are travelling, however, they are transient, meaningFull one moment and eradicated the next. That which IS, ALLways, for ALL that IS, ever was or will BE, is that which IS ALL of WE, and that which IS ALL of WE, IS LOVE.
LOVE DOes NOT get jealous, compare or compete, worry, stress or strain.
LOVE DOes NOT speak out of anger, feelings of ‘less than’ or ‘not enough’.
LOVE KNOWs that WE ARE ALL ONE. LOVE KNOWs that WE ARE INFINITE. LOVE KNOWs our perceptual CHOICEs are just that, CHOICES, transient, malleable CHOICES……..and that there are an INFINITE number of CHOICEs we can make in ANY given circumstance. LOVE KNOWs that any decisions that we DO make serves the Greater WHOLE, whether we are aware thereto or not, whether it appears to BE positive or negative. LOVE KNOWs that WE ARE ALL LOVE, that the ONLY TRUTH IS LOVE and waits, with open arms, outstretched for our embrace, ALLways.
BEing “Healthy” IS an WHOLEistic Affair with yOUR SELF!
YOU ARE a Multi Dimensional BEing.
YOU exist on the physical, mental, & spiritual planes…
YOU have external and internal systems, seen and unseen, KNOWn & unKNOWn and unto EACH must WE BE Giving LOVE WHOLEistically!

15 Superfoods For Under $20 (And How To Prepare Them)
1. Kale
At just over a dollar a bunch, kale is a member of the dark, leafy greens group. Itâs loaded with vitamin C and vitamin B as well as calcium. Want to relieve depression? Eat kale.
2. Broccoli
This low cost cruciferous vegetable has it all. Cruciferous vegetables are known for a compound that neutralizes toxins in the liver and helps cleanse the system.
3. Winter Squash
Winter squash is only a few dollars a pound and when compared to the summer squash variety, itâs much better for you. 5. Cabbage
Roger Doiron says, âwhat cabbage lacks in sex appeal and trendiness it makes up for in dependability and productivity.â Heâs right. Cabbage is cheap and just like broccoli, itâs a cruciferous super veggie.
6. Apples Apples are our best foodie friends. Sweet, tangy, crunchy, and low in calories, apples have fiber and tons of phytochemicals or antioxidants that serve to fight free radicals in the body that cause disease and aging.
7. Quinoa
At $1 a pound quinoa is cheap and nutrient dense. Quinoa is a complete protein and can substitute for less sustainable proteins. Compared to other grains, quinoa is higher in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, and zinc.
8. Brown Basmati Rice
Talk about cheap, rice is one of the least expensive foods in the world. At just a few dollars a pound, a little goes a long way. I also love brown basmati rice, Itâs an excellent source of manganese and a good source of the minerals selenium and magnesium.
9. Barley
Barley is one of my favorite grains. The little bubbles burst in your mouth, full of flavor. Barley is rich in manganese, selenium, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, iron, zinc and potassium. (Check out 6 more grains to add to your diet.)
10. Adzuki Beans
Beans are one of the least expensive protein sources. In fact, these little guys contain some of the highest levels of protein and the lowest levels of fat of any variety of beans. 11. Black Beans
This is an obvious one, but no less important. Black beans are a good source of folate, dietary fiber, manganese, protein, magnesium, vitamin B1 (thiamin), phosphorus, and iron.
12. Flaxseed
Omega 3 fatty acids are an ever important building block nutrient that like B12, the body cannot produce on its own. Donât worry because you can get the nutrient without fatty fish. Instead, get it from flaxseed.
Sunflower seeds are one of the least expensive seeds that you can buy in bulk and if you buy the raw variety, theyâre quite good for you as well. Sunflower seeds have 76 percent of the RDA for vitamin E.
14. Sesame Seeds
Great for sprinkling on all your favorite Asian dishes, who knew that they were so good for you? Again, a little goes a long way with this one. You donât need a whole lot to absorb the benefits. Sesame seeds are rich in calcium and magnesium. Who knew?
I saved the best for last. If youâre not eating almonds, itâs time to start. Almonds are good for heart health and loaded with vitamin E, an antioxidant that keeps you from aging.
