Our Conscious Awareness focuses upon ONE THOUGHT at a time.
We ALL have thoughts that we don’t really like from time to time…..NO Thought IS OURS even if we are thinking it, until we CLAIM it as our own.
If ya don’t like a thought YOU are having, refocus yOUR attention onto ONE that YOU DO like. It’s ALL about how we are FEELing…..sooooo…..CHOOSE thoughts that make ya FEEL GOOD 🙂
What IS “IT”? “IT” IS Life, what we CREATE, Manifest in our lives, our very experience of BEingness…….. and…. “IT” ALL depends upon HOW WE ARE FEELING.
Depending on whether or not YOU are in a good mood or bad mood, will affect the CHOICEs YOU make and the ACTions you take, which will ultimately affect what IS manifest in yOUR very experience of BEingness.
How we are FEELing depends upon which THOUGHTs we are CHOOSing to entertain.
Keeping in MIND, we tend to entertain ONE Thought at a time.….which then promotes certain FEELing with respect thereto, setting the mood or stage for which ACTions we will BE motivated to take, and KNOWing we have the FREE WILL to CHOOSE which thoughts we shall entertain……..if there IS a thought that is coming to Mind that IS NOT making YOU feel good………simply CHOOSE a new one.
I KNOW……there are times when things around YOU are NOT going well, something IS happening that IS undeniably negative…..and YET……though what YOU may see IS seemingly negative, it IS ONLY ONE thing that YOU are seeing……..ONE thing in an experience of INFINITE things……with INFINITE meanings, definitions and labels BEing affixed to them by…….YOU.
For example: someone IS having financial problems or health problems…….it IS very easy to focus upon these “problems”…they are clearly evident in our experience….BUT….so too are a plethora of other things, including those going on, on levels YOU may have absolutely no awarenss to whatsoever. The very things that may very well completely transform what YOU once saw as a negative into a positive.
If YOU are focusing on yOUR BLISSings, on the GIFTs YOU DO have in yOUR life, YOU can NOT BE focusing on the negatives.
In CHOOSing to focus on the GIFTs YOU are DOing two things:
1. sending forth intentional and greatFull energy into the universe to attract back to YOU more gifts for which YOU shall BE grreatFull: cause & effect of energy….which IS ALL that we are and ALL that IS…….law of attraction.
2. setting the mood withIN yOUR own BEingness to take ACTion that IS uplifting, assisting, emPOWERing and enLIGHTening to yOUR experience of BEingness, which WILL inevitably BE helpFull, as opposed to the alternative, stewing in a stagnant brew of stench which gets ya no where but smelly!
Focusing on the POSITIVE DOes NOT deter the negative from BEing dealt with, it DOes NOT mean that YOU are ignoring the situation, or that it will get worse…….the situation IS the situation, if YOU are living it, it’s there…focusing on the positive will empower YOU to come up with positive ways, ACTions YOU CAN take to deal with it………and thus make the situation better.
Try it out….. Next time YOU are having a yucky thought……..
1st: AcKNOWledge it. 2nd: AcKNOWledge that it IS NOT yOURs…do NOT own it. 3rd: USE it…..as a catalyst to get YOU to a thought YOU DO like……. 4th: Release the negative thought in lieu of a HAPPYer thought. 5th: Relish in the HAPPY thought, expand upon it, submerge yOUR SELF within it.

When YOU hear the saying “look withIN”, or “it ALL BEgins withIN” it IS this infinite CHOICE of interpretation that ALL refer to.
“It”, our experience of LIFE itSELF, really DOes BEgin withIN….whatever it happens to actually consist of…..it IS WE who determines the meaning of it, what it actually IS in our world, to us.
Here’s a fabYOUlous example, especially in our skewed economic world of today:
a woman in N. America living in the most expensive area possible in the biggest house on her street, with a thriving multi-billion dollar company, 100’s of employees, family, friends, and more variety, events, etc… than 100 people put together to choose from, can’t stand to look at herSELF in the mirror and feels disconnected, isolated and lonely more often than not.
a woman living in indo-europe in a small village made up of mostly mud & straw huts, who is one of a 100 who live in and support this small village daily, who has been, along with her village family, partaking in a new project to dig a well so they can all have clean running water, whose idea of “business” is the “business of survival”, feels like a Princess of the HIGHest Royalty.
Which ONE IS right?
It matters NOT YOU see, which YOU think is right or wrong….for it IS NOT YOU living their experience but them, and whatever it IS that they determine it to BE, by how they CHOOSE to perceive-receive-respond to it, IS what it IS for them, as IS yOUR life for YOU.
What CHOICEs are YOU making in the “How” YOU perceive-receive-respond to yOUR experience of BEingness???

Instead of telling yOUR SELF “ya gotta BE more……” or “ya gotta BE less….” type of statements regarding the things within SELF YOU are “work’n on”, “striving towards”, “wanting withIN & for SELF”, “admiring withIN others”, let’s….
LOOK for manifestations……realized expressions of these very things withIN YOU NOW!!!
Ask yOUR SELF….. Where within ME am I “x, y, z”? How am I “x, y, z”?
And….. it DOes NOT matter how minuscule or huge {which likely they TRUEly are} these manifestations may BE…….simply have a little looksie……
****if need BE……take yOUR SELF out of yOUR experienced reality….yOUR little bubble and put yOUR SELF in a pool with the rest of WE, 6.8 billion, so YOU can have a more OBJECTIVE, global perspective to BE able to see YOU. For example: ask yOUR SELF how many others amongst the nearly 7 billion of we have, even on a miniscule level, the “x, y , z” YOU LOVE {want} yOUR SELF to BE? How many are even interested in yOUR “x, y, z”, let alone understand its implications and subtleties?
YOU can visualize BEcoming, instead of YOU looking at YOU,…….some HUGE BEing who IS able to see the WHOLE of Earth and our Universal Family easily. From this perspective, YOU can see ‘little’ YOU BEing YOU, how YOU interact withIN and upon our Earth School…..who YOU have CHOSEn to BE in this physically manifest conduit of our expressed BEingness.****
If YOU are feeling really inspired, get CREATIVE with the experience and write down yOUR answers or CREATE something based there upon, such as a painting, sidewalk chalk art, a playdough sculpture, an amazing meal, etc…

In order for ANY body to function efficiently, ALL aspects of the body must have CLEAR LINES of Communication through which to flow through……..we must ensure that the nutrients are getting to ALL parts of our body, that the blood flows through unobstructed, clean, and clear of any and all toxins….n’est ce pas???
Even though we have different cells that are responsible for different specific ACTions of our body, they ALL must still work/create/BE together as ONE for the body to function, and BE in a state/level of homestasis, n’est ce pas?
ALL of these individual cells are ONE part of the WHOLE that IS ONE Body that IS the ALL……that IS WE…….
and this……my Sweet BEaYOUtyFull Earth Angels Divine, IS the FACT of ALL of WE, is the REALITY of our Earth School, and ALL that are a member/part/organ/cell thereto.
‘Tis NOW, for ALL of WE to recognize our TRUE Identity and come together to assist ONE another, to BE as Healthy, Vital and LOVE filled as can BE!
Indeed….as we KNOW with our own bodies…when stressed, fearFull, anxious, angry, pessimistic, resentFull, agitated, frustrated, etc……we experience within the physically manifest expression of our selves, dis-ease…….as DOes our BEaYOUtyFull Earth School – Mother Gaia too……by each of her cells of BEingness…..including ME & YOU!
And so it IS for the BEnefit of ALL, including the I in ME that IS WE that we MUST Individually & Collectively DO ALL we CAN to BE the BEacon, brilliant, beaming Light of LOVE that IS our TRUTH 😉
