I listened to a FANTABULOUS teleseminar the other day and I just LOVE the words CHOSEn to explain concepts of our BEingness by the GIFTed speaker, Mr. Harrison Klein.

Soooo, what are these “Great Words” I speak to…….
Well, there’s a few actually:
- Law of Cause and Effect – which we’ve spoken to quite often herein, or as I often refer to it, the Laws of ENERGY
- Conscious, SubConscious and Superconscious
- Internalization and Integration
- BE – Think – Speak – ACT – Receive
- The Language of the Universe is Vibration
- The Universe gives YOU what YOU think about, to the extent that YOU BElieve it
- BElief
- Alignment
- Trinity
- Acceleration Process
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, NOW I bet yar ask’n, okay, GREAT words, in fact, I’ve even heard MOST of them, in fact, most of them, from YOU Roni/rhonda, BUT, what DOes it ALL mean??!!!????
Shall we……….
To BEgin, Harrison is speaking to manifesting the life that we desire to live, and whom DOes not want to live the life of their dreams?
He explains there is a 5 step process to so DOing and it is as follows:
Step One – BE
Think Love, BE Love
In step one YOU MUST claim that which YOU desire for YOUrSELF, using the words, “I AM”.
For example, if YOU want to BE a GREAT Writer, you would say, “I AM a Great Writer”, if YOU want to have Great Wealth, you would say, “I AM Great Wealth” or “I AM Wealthy”.
Now of course, in the NOW of YOUr moment, physically manifest, YOU may NOT realize that YOU ARE that which YOU desire to manifest, BUT, in TRUTH, YOU ARE.
Allow me to explain.
We live in an infinitely abundant Universe, and YOU, YES, YOU, are a part of this infinitely abundant Universe, in FACT, YOU are ONE with it and ALL.
That BEing said, as the Universe is infinitely abundant, so are YOU!
I hear YOU, “sooooo, if I’m soooo infinitely abundant, why then, am I NOT physically experiencing ALL this magnificent abundance???!!! HELLO!!!!”
Well, that’s where these 5 steps come into play, and of course, ALL that we teach/guide here at Sanctuaire Soul’s Sanctuary’s Internet Lotus, Fulfilled Destiny S3.
Identity Mind Map
When we say “I AM”, we AUTOMATICALLY send forth a rippling vibration through out our BEingness, our conscious and subconscious levels, that reaches our Superconscious and out into the Universe in accord with this statement. When we DO so, we are automatically causing a ‘cause and effect’ reaction and thus attracting back to us, energies that will support this statement.
“I AM” is NOT an affirmation, it is a statement of IDENTITY, a statement of “IS”, of BEingness, a statement of FACT/TRUTH about YOU.
Step Two: Think
114 Thougths on Love
Okay, sooooo, perhaps we aren’t physically experiencing our TRUTH, NOW, so, let us assist US in so DOing.
We BEgin by thinking about that which “I AM”.
In other words, if YOUr statement of “I AM” is “I AM Wealth”, then YOU would BEgin to think about what life is like for YOU as WEALTH. What would YOU BE DOing, how would YOU BE FEELing, what would YOUr daily interactions BE like with others?
YOU need to take YOUr time with this, visualize YOUr life as the “I AM” of YOUr CHOOSing, which is WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE it, YOU, to BE.
It could BE, “I AM: Wealth, Health, Wellness, EnLIGHTenment, Relationship, Global Leader, Joy, Adventure, Travel, experiencing LOVE, relishing in BEauty, etc…..
Again, whatever YOU CHOOSE, YOU to BE.
To assist YOU with YOUr thinking process, DO some Research. Look for others whom ARE physically manifesting YOUr “I AM” – obviously in their own BEautiFully unique way, that YOU may give YOUr SELF as much assistance in creating YOUr own visualization/imagery of YOUr life, as YOU CHOOSE it to BE.
If it’s a writer YOU CHOOSE, then go online and seek out writers, read up on their biographies, see how they live their lives and spend their time. Then adjust to YOUr specific CHOICEs for how YOU would like that to manifest in YOUr life.
Print/cut out pictures of images that speak to YOUr “I AM”. For example, if YOUr “I AM” is “I AM living in a HUGE MANSION”, get pictures of huge mansions, the furniture YOU would use to furnish YOUr huge mansion, the gardens that YOU would surround YOUr huge mansion within, perhaps even the people YOU would hire to mange YOUr huge mansion, and put them up where YOU can see them daily. Then see YOUr SELF in YOUr huge mansion, see what living in a huge mansion is like, what it feels, smells, looks like to YOU.
Get to KNOW the YOU who lives in a huge mansion.
Step Three: Speak
Speak Love
As YOU continuously THINK about YOUr “I AM”, YOU will naturally feel motivated to share YOUr thoughts, and share YOUr thoughts DO! To empower YOUr “I AM” YOU want to SHARE YOUr thoughts of that which YOU are intending on manifesting with others. YOU don’t have to turn to someone and say “I AM going to live in a huge mansion” or “I AM Wealth”, BUT, YOU CAN talk about ‘huge mansions’ and ‘wealth’, YOU CAN talk about others whom YOU admire who are living the “I AM” of YOUr CHOOSing, what life is like for them, and ALL that YOU like and admire about that life.
If it is a chosen profession, for example, “I AM a Doctor”, YOU may want to discuss the biology, chemistry, and physics of the Human BEing with others, get involved with groups of like mind and discuss these detailed specifics with them.
ALL of this increases the vibration of YOUr intended manifestation and it is through VIBRATION that the Universe communicates. The Universe does not speak any specific language of words, rather, frequencies of vibration, for the Universe, ALL, is ENERGY and Energy KNOWs only waves/frequencies/oscillations of vibration.
The Greater the energy YOU put into ANY thought, feeling, ACTion, the greater the STRENGTH of the vibration YOU are sending out into the Universe, and thus the Greater the impact YOU shall have and receive. – Remember “Cause and Effect”, Energy is as simple as putting two magnets together, some are attracted to one another and instantaneously attach, whilst others are repelled and simply fall with absolutely no connection.
We are seeking connection here, we are seeking to BE ALIGNED with the energies of our CHOSEn manifested intentions.
This is HOW it’s DOne.
Step Four: ACT
Greatest Act of Love
Well, as YOU may have noticed, step four kinda runs through out each of the preceeding steps. In Step One, “I AM”, YOU have to state a fact about SELF, that is a DOing. In Step Two, “Thinking”, YOU have to think about YOUr “I AM” and then get assisting resources to increase the strength of those thoughts, again a DOing. In Step Three, “Speaking”, YOU are, again, DOing.
Thus, in Step Four, though we have ALLready BEen DOing a lot of DOing {hee hee}, what we speak to here, is going BEyond the “BE-Think-Speak” stages and actually BEginning to take, even the most minute of Baby Steps towards realizing our intended manifestation.
Thus the “I AM Doctor”, may CHOOSE to start to study the Human Body, perhaps enroll in courses, speak to other doctors, apply to medical school…….DOing ALL that is necessary, step by step, as the possibilities and opportunities present themSELVes, AND THEY WILL!!!
This is a very important note to highlight……YOU have got to Pay Attention and thus BE Aware of the infinite Gifts that YOU are constantly receiving to assist YOU to achieve YOUr intended manifestations.
They are ALLways around YOU.
YOU may not see the ‘end result’ when they are presented, the ‘meaning’ BEhind the Gift, however, BE OPEN to opportunities, don’t just push things aside or take things for granted that come YOUr way. Question everything. WHY, did my friend call me, of all times, TODAY. Is there a message, a GIFT there awaiting my open arms of receipt? Why did I see that car, pass by in this moment, as I am standing here in this park, with this person?
EVERYTHING happens for a reason, EVERYTHING.
We may not KNOW the reasons, however, the BEST way to BEgin to understand them is to Pay Attention thus BE Aware, and then……Ask Questions.
The other GREAT thing when YOU are paying attention, BEing aware and asking questions is that YOU are also increasing the vibrational force of YOUr intended manifestation, as the MORE YOU think about something, the greater a reality it BEcomes.
DO keep in mind, YOUr ACTions are PREPARATION, they are NOT the actual manifestation, for once something has manifest, it simply IS. Thus YOUr ACTions are in TRUTH, preparing YOU for the manifestation of YOUr intention. This is why sometimes, when something seemingly negative has occurred, it is usually a GIFT, an opportunity to cleanse or heal some aspect of SELF that is standing in the way of YOUr intended manifestation.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh BIG Perceptual Shift here, huh???
YES!
Negative occurrences in our lives are really, GIFTS, Opportunities for US to more PERFECTLY ALIGN ALL of our BEingness with that which we have CHOSEn for our SELVes to BE.
We ALL CHOOSE whom we are, we ALL CHOOSE what profession we are going to study, go into, which job we are going to apply for, which friends we are going to hang with, which night club we’re going to go dance in, what music we’re going to listen to, what television shows we’re going to watch, what clothes we’re going to wear, what language we’re going to use when speaking.
ALL these contribute to YOUr “I AM” and ALL are of YOUr CHOOSing.
We are the CREATors of our lives!
Step Five: Receive
Receive
Cause & Effect
As we continue to diligently – YES, YOU have to BE committed to continuously stating YOUr “I AM” to SELF, thinking about it, speaking about it, and DOing whatever YOU can to bring YOUr SELF closer to it. Aren’t YOU worth it? Isn’t YOUr life worth BEing one that is Happy and Fulfilled?
Don’t YOU want to BE Happy and Fulfilled?
And, if YOU are the one in charge, aren’t ya gonna DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN to make that happen?
Well, as YOU continuously, diligently commit YOUr SELF to following the first four steps, DOing ALL YOU can, day by day, little by little, YOU WILL SEE manifestations BEgin to appear in YOUr life, YOU WILL BEgin to Receive GIFTS that will assist YOU in getting closer to YOUr intended manifestation and ultimately, Receive YOUr intended manifestation within YOUr physical experience.
This is NOT a sometimes thing.
The Laws of Energy are NOT Human Laws of our Earth School, they can NOT BE broken.
They operate outside of the boundaries of physical manifestation, outside of space and time, they are UNIVERSAL, they are the very NATURE by which ALL operates. ALL is ENERGY and thus operates, ALLways, via the Laws of Energy or “Cause and Effect”
If YOU are sending out the Cause – which is YOUr vibrations, YOUr aligned Vibrations {which we shall speak to more in Part II of Internalization and Integration} into the Universe, YOU will cause an effect within the sea of ALL Universal energies, and this effect will reverberate or ripple back to YOU.
When YOU stamp YOUr foot onto the floor, it send vibrations into the floor, which also send vibrations back up into YOUr leg. Ask any runner who has not worn proper cushioned running shoes that can ABSORB some of the ‘shock’ from their feet pounding the pavement and they will tell YOU of the shin splints and throbbing coursing through the feet, legs and BEingness.
This IS simply the way it IS.
And YES, IT IS SIMPLE!!!
YES, there may BE moments when YOUr thoughts, speech and ACTions DO not align with YOUr intended manifestation. In other words, there may BE times that YOU are thinking to YOUr SELF, “there’s no way this is going to happen” or “I AM NOT…..”, however, this TOO can BE overcome!
And is one amongst ALL that we shall discuss in Part II of “Internalization and Integration”.

Many of you have heard the old adage, “it takes WORK” to achieve success, have a healthy marriage, have a healthy body, have a healthy mind, have lasting relationships, enJOY Life.
Well, I’m here to say, hahney, that just ain’t so.
YOU may have noticed in a lot of my writings, I change words, for example, instead of saying “workshop”, I say “playshop”, instead of saying “clients”, I say, “Angel Members/Partners” and create NEW words, or as Bob Proctor would say, new “paradigms” of thinking. Commonly referred to as NLP – neural linguistic programming.
I have BEen DOing this since I was a CHILD, long BEfore I knew anything about NLP or Bob Proctor and “paradigms”.
Like most things in my life, I AM EXTREMELY BLESSED to DO much that is positively enhancing to my BEingness BEfore I AM even AWARE, let alone conscious of that which I AM DOing ☺
Has BEen like this, as I said, since I was, well, manifested physically unto this BEautiFull Earth School of ours ☺
Luckily, by intrinsic nature of MY BEingness, I AM blessed a natural propensity towards expanding my awareness and KNOWing, of WHO I AM, WHY I AM, HOW I AM, and thus BEing GIFTed the AWEsome Gift of sharing this with ALL of YOU ☺

Take a moment – BE Aware, Pay Attention to YOU…..what’s going on as I say, “It takes WORK to achieve Success, a healthy relationship, health, family, life…..”
Is YOUr heart rate increasing?
Are YOU feeling a little angst perhaps?
Are thoughts of ALL that YOU “have to DO” swarming YOUr mind?
“WORK” – like other words in our common day language, has BEcome negatively associated and thus stimulating averse reactions through out the breadth of our BEingness.
WORK.
Who KNOWs this famous one: “Yar born, Ya go to school, Ya get a job, Ya WORK, Ya die.”
Really?
Is that WHY YOU came here?
Is that the life YOU WANT to live?
Is that what this WHOLE MIRACULOUS experience of BEingness is ALL about?
Really????????
Let us take just a moment here to remind our SELVes of just what a MIRACLE we ARE, of TruthFULLy, whom we ARE, shall we.
We ALL started out as no more than two cells – one from mom, one from dad. These two cells through miraculous design, divided into 80 TRILLION cells that created the physical manifestation that is YOU.
WOW!
We Really Are MIRACLES!!!
ALL YOU are physically is those 80 Trillion Cells.
Cells are “nothing” more than packets of energy – and lots of EMPTY SPACE.
Energy contains information – like the information contained within those first two cells that made ALL of YOU!
It is CONSCIOUSNESS – it is CREATion, it is YOU!
It is EVERYthing!
Live Your Choice
YOU ARE CREATION!!
YOU have 80 Trillion Cells within YOUr physically manifested BEingness that are ALL Infinite possibilities of CREATION.
Do YOU BElieve in God? That’s a CREATION of YOUr CHOOSing.
Do YOU BElieve in eating healthy to live long? That’s a CREATION of YOUr CHOOSing.
Do YOU BElieve YOU are smart, stupid, pretty, ugly, sexy, unattractive, successful, a failure? That’s a CREATION of YOUr CHOOSing.
That is WHO we ARE!

Okay, so NOW, that we have taken a little stroll down memory lane, ☺ let’s get back to our BIG Question of the day:
Did YOU really CHOOSE to come here, in ALL YOUr infinite possibilities of BEingness, of CREATION, to “be born, go to school, get a job, work, work, work, and die?????”
Really?
Is that what YOU really, TRUEly want for/out of YOUr life?
As a Divine BEing of Infinite possible Creation, can YOU honestly say, that, this is the LIFE of YOUr CHOOSing?
I think we ALL KNOW the answer to that one, n’est-ce-pas?
And yet, how many of us BElieve that this is simply “the way it is”?
Can I see a show of raised hands?

Ahhhhhhhh – okay Deep Breath, release the pains of this AWEsome realization and LET’s DO some HEALing!!!
As Infinite Divine Creators of our Lives, our experience upon this Earth School, our BEingness, it is through the CHOICEs we make in how we CHOOSE to Perceive, Receive and Respond to life and ALL it’s many and varied situations that we CREATE the lives we live. It is in HOW we CHOOSE to Think, Feel and ACT about and within our lives, that CREATEs the life we experience.
ANY situation can BE thought from a multitude of perspectives.
ANY situation can BE interpreted through a multitude of meanings.
ANY situation can BE responded to, through a multitude of responses.
ALL depend upon OUR CHOOSing.
Perfect example, and I can remember it like it was yesterday!
I was working as the Vice President of Communications overseeing the Marketing, Advertising, PR, Graphic Design, and Visual Display departments for a Fashion House in Montreal, when they BEgan their downsizing in preparation for selling the company outright. And I was AMAZING at my job!! Seriously, receiving praise on a DAILY basis from everyone from the President of the company to the VP’s of the various departments, straight through to the the guys and gals in shipping and distribution!
I walked into work one day and 3 hours later was called into an office and told I was BEing “let go”.
OH MY GOODness!!!
I’m a single mom, I am a self sufficient, independent single mother, and BAM, WAM, thank YA Mam, without even the slightest of warnings…..”Thank YOU for ALL that YOU have DOne, YOU’re GREAT, but……..we gotta let YOU go.”
Seriously?????
In my complete and utter shock, I packed up my office, carried out my boxes with the help of some of my LOVEly Ladies, cry’n ALL the way to my car and proceeded to drive the 30 minutes to get home.
As I came up to the red light, right BEfore my block, I leaned forward over the steering wheel, so I could look out and up at the world, the sky, to ALL the energies that BE, and asked out loud, “Okay then, what Magnificent, WonderFull Gifts have ya got in store for ME, NOW?”
That was my CHOSEn response, and when I got home, I celebrated.
I celebrated the GIFT of BEing released from a position that was drowning me in massive depressed levels of happiness, {it’s hard to BE Happy, when yar NOT BEing TRUE to SELF- even if yar DOing a GREAT job and getting paid great monies}, and I celebrated the infinite opportunities and prospects that lay in store for my embrace.
NOW, I could have just as easily CHOSEn to cry so profusely ALL the way home that I had a car accident, {I used my time driving home to “talk to ME, comfort ME, reassure ME”}. I could have CHOSEn to feel completely victimized, lost, beaten, done in, BUT, I didn’t!!
And that CHOICE led me to make the greatest CHOICE of my life – to dedicate my SELF WHOLLY to living my life TRUE to SELF, and thus was born, “Radiate Soul Light©™”, my literary compilation, her ACTivity Guidebook Series, “Serenity Through Soul©™”, and establish our Wisdom and Wellness Community Lounge, Sanctuaire Soul’s Sanctuary, which has since branched out into varying Lotus’ INCLUDing, our Multi-Media with MIND Production Lotus, ArtWave Design, where I am able to USE my highly trained and proficient skills as a Communications Specialist for the Benefit of ALL, for Positive, uplifting, enhancing purposes….as opposed to trying to convince people that if they didn’t buy “our clothes” they just weren’t ‘all that’.

ALL this happened BEcause of a CHOSEn MIND set – a CHOSEn manner of BEing.
I CHOSE to BE TRUE to ME.
I CHOSE to honour, respect, and LOVE, ME.
I CHOSE to put MY HAPPINESS, my son, my family, my friends, my play, my fun, my enJOYment, my LIFE, BEfore anything and everything else.
I CHOSE to see the TRUTH of that old adage, that “ya gotta WORK to BE Happy” for what it TRUEly is, a programmed conditioned mind set, a paradigm way of living life, in accord to the few whom NEED US to make THEIR LIVES more comfortable, happy and free.
Well guess what HAHNEY, WE ALL DESERVE, WE are ALL WORTHY of living a life that is comfortable, happy and free! ALL of WE!
We are ALL, Each and EVERY ONE of WE, a Divine BEing of Infinite CREATION.
We are ALL, Each and EVERY ONE of WE, an Earth Angel!
Okay, so HOW????
HOW DO we CHOOSE to BE Happy, comfortable and Free?
How do we CHOOSE to live life SMOOTHLY?
“Relationships take work, money takes work, health takes work, happiness take work…..”
CHANGE YOUr Thinking!
Change YOUr Paradigm!
Change YOUr programmed conditioning, change YOUr neural-linguistic programming, change YOUr CHOICEs in how YOU perceive, receive and respond.
ANYthing YOU DO, should BE done in LOVE.
ANYthing.
ANYthing YOU DO should BE done in enJOYment, not struggle, not work, but in Happiness, Appreciation, Gratitude and LOVE.
Thomas Moore wrote an EXCELLENT BOOK, “Care of the Soul” that speaks VOLUMES to this!
From cleaning the toilets in YOUr washroom to DOing YOUr laundry, from cleaning YOUr baby’s dirty diapers to taking a family vacation to the tropics, ALL are DOne within the Mind Set, and thus the experience of YOUr CHOOSing.
Let’s look at a couple of examples, shall we.

How often do ya hear “ya gotta work at it, to make it work”?
Ummmmmm, ALL the time!
Really?
I have Angel Partners going through ‘challenges’ or as I like to call them “opportunities” within their relationships, and BEing the response – able aware BEings they are, telling me, “I KNOW, I have to give the relationship more attention, it takes WORK to make it work.”
Really?
Is that what YOU were thinking when ya saw YOUr sweetie that first time, and got ALL butterflied in the tummy?
Were YOU thinking, I really want to get together with this individual and WORK!
Ya, thought NOT!
If ya gotta “work” at it, then where’s the fun? Where’s the enJOYment? Where’s the TRUTH in WHY YOU initially CHOSE to enter into that relationship in the first place????
What we term “work” in relationships, should BE the BEST, most Fun aspects of that relationship!
YOU wanna maintain the ‘spark’, the gitty butterfly feelings ya first had when YOU first got together……sit down, have a little chit chat and decide what YOU BOTH want to DO, to maintain that. This should BE a Fantabulously Fun, Creative ACTivity of LOVE and Light to experience together!
Let’s see, there’s:
date night
game night
bubble baths
double massages
meditation, yoga, exericise
reading to each other, reading individually, at the same time
family time
friends time
time for SELF
time with others individually
going for drives, walks, talking to all hours of the morning
Creating together – DOing art, music, house renovations…..
Just BEing together
and then…….DOing it ALL!
Where’s the work in that????
It’s ALL FUN!
It’s ALL enJOYment, it’s ALL the manifestation of YOUr CHOSEn Creation.
Lovers in Field
It DOes not take ‘work’ to make a relationship thrive, it takes a LOVE of SELF, Open Communication, Dedication, Respect, Honesty, Unconditional LOVE, and Commitment to enJOY one another, in every way possible, ALLways.
We CREATE our Lives, and when we enter into a committed relationship to share our daily lives with another, it is important to sit together and have a little Creative Masterminding regarding how YOU envision YOUr lives together, what YOU WANT to Create with YOUr lives together and HOW YOU’re gonna go about DOing that.
Am I saying ya gotta create a “schedule” for the rest of YOUr life?
NO!
However, have a foundation, built upon mutual desire and vision of what it means to BE Happy and in LOVE in YOUr relationship and then………..through caution to the wind and PLAY, PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!

Career.
Ooohhhh this is a biggie ‘ain’t’ it?
I mean DOesn’t “career” MEAN WORK?
Well…….according to the programmed conditioning of our paradigm thinking it DOes, but who said that those whom did the programming were right and more over, who gave ‘THEM’ the right to take our CHOICE, our infinite CREATing abilities away and make ALL these CHOICEs for how we are going to BE in our own lives, anyways????

Sooooo, how DO we get out of the old ‘paradigm’ of “Career = Work” thinking?
Well…..just like BEfore, in fact, just like we just did NOW, we REFOCUS our attentions, our “mind’s conversations”, our BEingness through the CHOICEs we make in how we think about, feel about and act upon ANYthing pertaining thereto.
Of course, the FIRST CHOICE ya wanna make is to LOVE SELF, ALLways!
In so DOing, yar gonna wanna ask YOUr SELF some SERIOUS Questions…….from a place of Unconditional, non-judgmental, embracing LOVE.
First and BIGGEST Question ya wanna ask is, “What makes me HAPPY?”
“DOing WHAT makes me the Happiest???”
There is NO right or wrong answer, ‘cuz whatever makes YOU Happy is YOUr right answer, it’s WHO YOU ARE, WHY YOU are here, upon our Earth School, or as I like to call it, our “Personal Legend”!!!

Some people have a hard time with this question, and understandably so. With all the programmed conditioned, “paradigm” thinking embedded into our BEingness, telling US what and who we are, from day ONE, it’s kinda hard to reconnect with our TRUTH.
Here’s the GREAT thing, to reconnect with YOUr Truth, we need to ALLOW our SELVes to let go of ALL boundaries, EVERY “what if?, but!, how?, impossible!, out of reach, I just don’t have” thought has to be LET GO of and………then, then……..
WE PLAY!
Go into YOUr memory banks, and pull up EVERY Happy Moment YOU have ever had, the Happiest of the Happiest. NOW, we wanna FOCUS on a ‘career’ pathway, so…..
although some of yar happiest of happiest may have BEen let’s say, ‘making love’ – unless that’s how ya wanna make YOUr money – we gotta focus on things we enJOY DOing that are PROVIDING a service/product for the Benefit of ALL.
This could BE anything!
YOU may LOVE to draw, paint, compose, calculate/manipulate numbers, write, teach, heal, develop land, WHATEVER it is that YOU LOVE to DO, EVEN if YOU have never DOne it BEfore and ONLY IMAGINED BEing able to DO it………go ALL the way back to YOUr childhood if necessary and think about YOUr dreams, goals and aspirations for when YOU ‘grew up’.
YOUr career is what YOU LOVE to DO, that is YOUr PURPOSE for BEing.
It is YOUr unique individual expression of YOU, the GIFT that YOU came here to share and GIVE to ALL!
When YOU’re loving what YOU DO by DOing what YOU LOVE, what inspires YOU, what ‘rocks yar boat’, it is NO LONGER WORK, but PLAY!
And that’s what Life is ALL about! ☺
Now, I’m NOT saying to run out and quit yar jobs and go into debt to follow YOUr dreams, BUT! what I AM saying is to START, start to take steps towards fulfilling YOUr Personal Legend, and while YOU are so DOing, EVEN if ya aren’t LOV’n YOUr current vocation, keep in mind that this is providing YOU the means by which to achieve YOUr dreams. Shift YOUr thinking about YOUr current situation to one that is uplifting and assisting YOU in getting to where YOU want to BE!
Here’s some things to help YOU on YOUr way there:
1. Write out YOUr Personal Legend, what YOU are here to DO and get detailed with it. Why DO YOU want to DO it, what will it provide to YOU, to others, HOW will it BE of assistance to others, and what exactly is the Vision of YOU BEing the YOU, YOU came here to BE. DO NOT Limit YOUr SELF here either! Make it BIG, go over the top, Dream HUGE, see the PERFECTION of YOUr manifested Personal Legend in every way, shape and form YOU would LOVE for it BE.
2. Research: Get online, go to the library, speak to people, find out anything and everything YOU can about YOUr Personal Legend, how others of like mind have accomplished fulfilling their Personal Legend in a related field.
3. Ask for assistance – don’t get ALL ego and feel small ‘cuz ya DOn’t KNOW, it’s a GREAT position to BE in, when ya venture into territory unknown, it means there’s a plethora of opportunities awaiting YOUr embrace. Humble YOUr SELF – it’s okay NOT to KNOW – there is simply wayyyyyyyyy toooooo much information out in this world for us to KNOW everything, and NO ONE expects YOU to, so don’t expect it of YOUr SELF. BUT! KNOW, YOU CAN learn ANYthing!!!
4. Take ALL that research, information and advise and create an ACTion list of steps YOU can take to manifest YOUr Personal Legend. Get detailed here as well AND make them SMALL STEPS, BABY STEPS. YOU want attainable goals. Don’t start off with something that’s gonna deter YOU, like let’s say, “get a Million Dollars to invest in business” if ya haven’t a clue HOW to get that million dollars in the first place. In other words, action step one in realizing getting that million dollars would BE, finding and speaking to financial advisors who can give YOU options.
5. Take ALL those ACTion steps and put them into a time line – a day to day achievable time line, that YOU review and revise nightly, BEcause EVERY day YOU will BE DOing something, ANYthing, however big or small {a phone call, an email, some more research, a meeting with a friend, potential partner, mentor, writing self affirming statement}, it may BE, towards achieving YOUr Personal Legend.
6. Don’t get stuck in the ‘obstacles’ or as we say, Opportunities that come along the way, see them for what they are, Opportunities to learn and grow and embrace them for the lessons they have to assist YOU along YOUr way.
7. Stay focused, dedicated, committed to realizing YOUr Personal Legend.
8. LOVE SELF, KNOW YOU are Worth it, YOU Deserve it and keep telling YOUr SELF this, over and over and over again, EVERY DAY, ALL DAY!! Surround YOUr SELF with Positive uplifting people, information, entertainment, education, whatever YOU can get YOUr hands on. Write post it notes and stick’em around the house, YOUr office and car, create “Vision Boards” filled with pictures of ALL that speak to YOUr Vision of living YOUr Personal Legend, have daily SELF affirming “mind conversations” with YOUr SELF, meditate, exercise, LOVE SELF ☺
It took years to program YOU in accord to someone else’s vision of what and who YOU should BE, BE PATIENT with YOUr SELF.
And ABOVE ALL, CHOOSE to BE HAPPY!

Since the premiere of the movie, “The Secret” there has BEen, in addition to the fantabulous Positive Awakening to TRUTH, a huge buzz as to the legitimacy of the tenants to which the movie is based.
These tenants BEing, The Laws of Energy, or as some call it, The Laws of the Universe, or has BEcome commonly KNOWn as “The Law of Attraction”.
The “Law of Attraction: is in FACT, but ONE of the many laws governing the ‘workings’ of our Universe, and thus our BEingness, however, was the biggest law discussed within the movie and the one that has, shall we say, ‘caught on’ with the general public.
Attracting Energy
The Laws of the Universe are based upon the construct upon which ALL exists…..that BEing, ENERGY.
EVERYthing is Energy in some manifested form or other, whether LIGHT or Human BEing, vegetable, mineral, animall, ALL in its essential BEingness, its core make up IS ENERGY, and thus acts in accord to the laws thereof. This is NOT a ‘sometimes’ thing, EVERYthing acts in accord to the “Laws of Energy” ALL the time, in fact, irrespective of time and space, as ALL IS ENERGY.
In other words, a computer acts like a computer ALL the time – it DOes not suddenly get up and go for a walk one day, or start driving down the street to do some grocery shopping. A computer is a computer and acts in accord to the system by which it is built, period.
Well, we are ALL built of ENERGY, and thus there is simply NO circumventing this TRUTH.
That BEing said, many have, after seeing the movie, “The Secret” or reading up upon the “Law of Attraction” in the countless resources available, BEen left with quite the ‘sour taste’ in their mouths and disappointment in their experiences.
Many have DOne exactly as they saw, were told, or read regarding the “Law of Attraction”, BElieving WHOLE HEARTedly {or so they BElieved} in its TRUTH and yet encountering, shall we say ‘stumbling blocks’ a plenty along their way. The disappointment expressed has BEen AWEsome. Some have lost their homes, careers, loved ones, and have delved into the depths of depression as a result of their CHOOSing to ACT upon that which they have seen, read or heard regarding the “Law of Attraction”.
Why is this so?
How is it that one can DO EVERYthing according to the principles, insights, lessons they have seen/heard/read about and STILL, after ALL that, after the visualizations, deep introspective thinking, complete Positive emotional FEELings, NOT see the results of their divining???
There MUST BE something amiss!
The Law of Attraction must NOT work!
Or…………..
Key to Awareness
Or, perhaps there is much more to the picture than that which one can SEE, even more so, than one understands and is AWARE of.
Let’s face it, we’ve ALL BEen there, something seemingly horrible occurs, from great tragedies to the more minute negatives we are faced with in our lives.. Everything looks bleak, whether it is a diagnosis of Cancer or missing a plane trip to a very important meeting, in the moment of NOW of that experience, we see ALL as HORRIBLE………..and yet…………in our next moment of NOW, we realize just what an AWESome Blessing this seemingly ‘Horrible’ situation turned out to BE. The diagnosis of cancer turned out not to BE fatal and led to a much more exciting, healthy lifestyle, happier and more fulfilled than ever imagined or even thought possible BEfore, and the plane that was missed wound up crashing into the Atlantic and ALL passengers ‘lost at sea’…..I KNOW, I KNOW, the Atlantic is an Ocean – it just DOesn’t sound quite as ‘right’ to say ‘lost at ocean’ now, DOes it? Hee hee
I think we ALL get the point though, n’est-ce-pas? Something we can ALL relate to, something, even if it has NOT happened to us directly – in so far as we can remember – has been exemplified through one whom we KNOW and hold dear in our lives.
Well…….this is quite similar to the ‘disappointments’ many have experienced pertaining to the “Laws of the Universe”.
We have just seen evidence of ONE reason why seemingly ‘bad’ things sometimes happen, EVEN WHEN we are DOing everything ‘right’ and in accord to the Laws, and that is, that sometimes, we are unawares of the good that will ultimately result from them. Sometimes we are unawares of the Gifts we are receiving, the Opportunities to HEAL that are BEing presented within our experience that we may transcend to a life that is Greater than we could have ever imagined.
This is actually quite HUGE and a theme that reoccurs through out- for anytime we CHOOSE to see something as negative, CHOOSE to label it as tragic, horrible, ‘not going our way’, it is precisely BEcause we are UNAWARE.
What we are unaware of on the other hand, can BE a myriad of things.
Let’s take our friends whom, after seeing the movie “The Secret” chose to quit their jobs, give away their home, and wait for their visualized dreams of winning the multi-million dollar lottery to manifest. They had spent ALL their time DOing what they were told, visualizing, thinking and feeling all the positive emotions associated with their dreams BEing realized and………………NOTHING……….they didn’t win the lottery, they didn’t have jobs and now, on top of it, they were homeless.
WOW!
Talk about disappointing!!!
DOes this mean the “Laws: did NOT work?
NO, it DOes NOT mean they didn’t work, it DOes however, illustrate a very important aspect of the ‘Laws’ that perhaps were ‘missed’ or more aptly stated, misunderstood.
Sometimes, we can DO everything ‘right’ or at least we BElieve them to so BE, when in FACT, we really DOn’t BElieve on ALL levels of our BEingness, on levels that perhaps, we are NOT even awares to.
We are intricate fabrications of energy, with 80 TRILLION cells making up our BEingness, that’s right, it takes 80 TRILLION CELLS to comprise just ONE human BEing. NOW, think about this for a minute……when YOU were conceived, the ALL that YOU are today, there were ONLY TWO CELLS, the spermatoza and the ovum that made YOU – just TWO CELLS made ALL of YOU!
Those TWO CELLS contained within them, ALL the information that was required to create the rest of the 80 Trillion cells {minus 2} that created the Miracle that is YOU!
WOW!!!
Let’s take a moment and just let that sink in.
We have 80 Trillion Cells In Our Being
Two cells BEcame 80 Trilliion!!!
2 : 80 TRILLION!
And……….EACH of the 80 Trillion cells within YOUr BEingness is just as POWERFull, just as FULL of information and ability as those initial TWO.
That is A LOT of information contained within one BEing, contained within YOU!
And each of YOUr 80 Trillion cells has BEen affected by YOUr life’s experiences, YOUr thoughts, emotions, interactions, dreams, goals, situations, YOUr Life!
In fact, there are cells within YOU that have BEen affected by other people’s experiences, emotions, thoughts and lives, lest we forget, the two cells that started it ALL, came from two other people- YOUr parents, whom in turn, received their first ‘founding cells’ from two other people each – that’s an additional four other people in the picture now, YOUr grandparents, and they received their two founding cells from their parents, and so on and so on and so on, to the BEginning of the BEginning of WE. That’s an INFINTE amount of information and affect/effect we are carrying around within us.
Let’s take a moment to ponder our Magnificence, shall we.
Getting back to our couple, whom gave up everything they had for the winning lottery ticket that never manifested, though they did everything they were told, and TRUEly BElieved they were really DOing everything they were told. Is it possible, even slightly, on some level, they were not? Is it possible that some part of them, didn’t BElieve? Is it possible, that on some level they did not see them SELF as worthy, on some level they were NOT LOVing SELF? Is it possible there was some FEAR they were harbouring, some unresolved issues within their past that they had yet to face? Is it possible that there existed something WITHIN them that was working against ALL that they were DOing that was ‘right’?
Ahhhhhhhhhh FEAR………it’s a BIGGIE and we are GREAT, in fact, FANTABULOUS at repressing, hiding, ignoring, and denying its existence within our SELVes, and yet, exist, it surely DOes.
DOing everything right towards manifesting our dreams, goals, aspirations and desires whilst harbouring feelings of self-hate, in any way, shape or form, ACT in accord to the “Laws” and in so much, if there is negative energies one is holding regarding SELF, these can NOT BE ‘swept under the rug’ no matter how much Positive thinking, feeling and visualizing we DO. Until we Face our Fears, they ARE and as long as they are, they emanate a vibration all unto themselves and this vibration will work in contrast to, in other words, AGAINST the vibrations of positive thinking, feeling and visualization.
Hope, Faith, Peace, Love Believe
NOW, DO not get me wrong here, Positive BEingness FAR outweighs negative BEingness, and thus we are GIFTed the infinite opportunities by which we may FACE our Fears that we may overcome or HEAL them and THEN manifest ALL that is positive and wonderFull awaiting our grasp.
As I stated, we must Face our Fears, in order that we HEAL them. IF we are not able to so do on our own, within our own BEingness, through our thoughts and feelings, meditation, introspection, enLIGHTenment Guidance, writing, reading, creating artistically, traveling, and the list goes on and on and on, ALL tools by which we may CHOOSE to CHANGE how we otherwise perceived, received and responded to these fears, the situations that created them and the individuals whom were involved within their creation YOU CAN BE Guaranteed, the Universe, through the “Laws” WILL MANIFEST these fears in varying forms within YOUr experience of BEingness to give YOU the Opportunity to FACE them and CHOOSE to release and thus Heal them, GUARANTEED!
When we realize that we ATTRACT whatever it is that we REQUIRE to realize whatever it is we came here to achieve, we realize that EVERYthing that manifests within our lives is a GIFT, a Gift to get us where we need to BE to BE Fulfilled and Happy.
When we greet everything with this KNOWledge, EVERYthing as a GIFT, instead of getting pissed off that something has not gone our way, we look for the lessons available, the opportunity to grow and learn and thus our pathway to the manifested realization of our dreams is one of smooth riding, enjoyed, appreciated and positive, YES, even in the ‘seemingly negative’ situations, POSITIVE! For NOHTING is negative until WE SAY it is so.
Getting back to our couple, whom “lost it ALL”, putting everything on the line for their lottery winning ticket, we BEgin to see the Great Lesson that was misunderstood by them in the first place and the lesson is this:
BEfore putting our energies into the outwardly manifestations of our dreams, goals, and aspirations, we need to focus on the ONE TRUE GOAL for ALL of WE, and that is SELF LOVE.
I AM...
BEfore manifesting ANYthing within our lives, we must first BE in a position WITHIN our SELVes that is Healthy, that KNOWs the Magnificence of YOUr BEingness, KNOWs that YOU are WORTHY, KNOWS that YOU are Deserving, KNOWs that the “Laws” work FOR YOU, NOT against YOU, KNOWS that the Universe is YOUr Greatest Supporter NOT some dark, ugly, scary place out to get YOU at every turn.
BEfore manifesting the material, we must FIRST manifest the physical BEingness of our own TRUTH, we must KNOW this in EVERY ONE of our 80 Trillion Cells, through and through.
NO, I’m NOT saying ya gotta BE the Dalai Lama, Ghandi, or Krishna to manifest YOUr dreams, I’m NOT even saying YOU have to BE completely rid of ALL of YOUr Fears and Healed of ALL of the negative conditioning/brainwashing experiences that YOU have lived through, BUT YOU MUST BEgin upon the pathway to HEALing SELF FIRST and FOREMOST, to LOVing SELF FIRST and FOREMOST. As YOU so DO, YOU BEgin to align YOUr vibration with the positive and thus with ALL the Gifts that the Universe is waiting to shower upon YOU. YOUr dreams, goals and aspirations WILL MANIFEST and make YOUr pathway of HEALing that much easier, smoother and faster for YOU.
Every time YOU face a Fear, every time YOU HEAL some aspect of SELF that is starving for LOVE, YOU are GIFTed manifestations of brilliance from the Universe, BEcause YOU open another door, another channel of energy to allow for that which is ALLready there, awaiting YOUr embrace!!!

With the plethora of information we receive through ALL of our senses, every day, living in a world where negativity abounds, DOing ALL we can to dilute this influence upon our lives is ESSENTIAL to living a Fulfilled life of Happiness and TRUTH.
Let us make no mistake, it is our NATURAL state of BEingness- every ONE of we, to BE LOVE’s Light.
It doesn’t matter whom YOU ask, ALL will respond in like kind….WE ALL want to BE Happy!
Daily Positive Affirmations is a GREAT means of assisting the maintenance of our Natural state of BEingness, regardless of the plethora of negativity that abounds our surround.
From the very START of YOUr day, the first breath YOU take as YOU open YOUr eyes, from YOUr dream state, YOU can BEgin YOUr day in LOVE’s Light. YOU have that POWER within YOUr BEingness, to CREATE YOUr life’s experience.
This can BE accomplished through varying positive affirmations, such as:
-I AM soooooo greatFull to BE
-what a glorious Gift to awake to another day
-today is gonna BE a GREAT day
-thank YOU for the adventures in Dream Land and ALL the BEauty that awaits my day today
Affirmation
These affirmations can BE carried out through out YOUr day….there is NO limit to the number of times YOU can tell YOUr SELF something Positive and SELF affirming.
YOU get out of bed, go to the washroom and look in the mirror:
-“Hello BEautiFull Earth Angel”
YOU eat YOUr breakfast,
-“how LOVEly to BE able to feed my physical vessel the nutrients of health required to allow for my day, filled with positive energy and LOVE”
From the moment YOU wake, until the moment YOU rest YOUr physical vessel for YOUr adventures in Dream Land, positive affirmations DO wonders to maintain Healthy states of BEingness.
We have a plethora of “Mind Conversations” with our SELVes through out the day.
When paying attention and BEing aware to these, we can CHOOSE purposefully, those conversations, thoughts, ideas, we wish to reinforce and those we wish to ‘delete’.
Positive affirmations maintain a level of awareness that make this second nature.
We can fall prey to the negativity that abounds our surround or we can BE our TRUTH, BEings of LOVE’s Light, with the power of the INFINITE – we are afterALL, Each and Every ONE of WE, BEings of Light……..every ONE of our trillion molecular microscopic cells IS a PowerHouse of Light, of Energy.
This is NOT science fiction, this is FACT! This is WHOM we ARE!
Thus, instead of falling prey to the negative, illusory, fear based messages within our surround, we can empower our SELVes to maintain TRUTH and thus maintain our own Light Energy within a vibrational harmony of LOVE.
In so DOing, YOU are an intentional BEing of Light, that is emanating LOVE out to ALL and thus Positively affecting ALL.
Like a stone thrown into a river, the stone, however small it may BE, ripples out infinitely, affecting ALL within its wake.
These little exercises, like Positive Affirmations of SELF – seeing ALL that is Positive within YOU, ALL the aspects of YOUr SELF that YOU LOVE, FOCUSSING YOUr attention on ALL aspects of YOUr SELF that YOU LOVE are extremely EASY and yet EXTREMELY POWERFULL- in FACT, EXPOENTIALLY SO!!!
Our First & Last Love is...Self-Love
In addition to Positive SELF Affirmations, we can also realign our Mind’s Conversations and thus our state of mind and BEingness through an “Attitude of Gratitude”, that is to say, in the same breath that YOU are saying how marvelous ‘this’ aspect of YOU is, YOU are also declaring YOUr infinite appreciation and gratitude for its BEingness, for YOUr BEingness. Get Crazy with this, it need not center merely on YOUr own reflected BEingness of Light, but upon ALL that is within YOUr surround, from the toilet paper in your washroom, to the food in YOUr kitchen, the dishes upon which YOU eat, the home within which YOU live, the friends and family with whom YOUr life is so very blessed the meaningfulness that it is, to YOUr very Breath of Life itSELF.
When we do these very little things, we transcend our SELVes out of ILLUSORY FEAR based Mind Conversations and into our TRUTH. In so DOing we allow for the manifestation of that which we ALL Desire, to Live a life that is Happy, Fulfilled, PeaceFull, Fun, and Full of LOVE.

The entire mandate/inspiration for writing this at all…..is to increase AWAREness, to promote pondering, research and contemplative reflection.
In so DOing, we BEgin to seek out the answers we require to heal our SELVes from those aspects of conditioning, which for the MOST part have BEen passed down for CENTURIES.
Once we BEgin, the discernment of that which is our own and that which has BEen conditioned, just keeps getting easier and easier, as the layers upon layers upon layers reveal themSELVes and TRUTHs are uncovered. Then…….with our new found awareness and insight, we can objectively decide whether these interpretations, meanings, feelings, subjective perceptions are working for us or against us, and whether we wish to maintain or to change, to heighten or to heal.
Ya see, the TRUTH is, our thoughts about ANYthing as negative or positive, good or bad, right or wrong are conditioned.
Energy in and of itSELF is NEITHER Positive or Negative, {in terms of egoic human manifested judgment}, it simply, IS.
We CHOOSE what to label ANYthing in our life experience. For one, BEing hit on the toush is a GOOD thing, whilst for another a heinous act of abuse. Neither is intrinsically right or wrong, until we make it so. This is the GIFT of our Free Will, of our physically manifested SELVes, our Consciousness.
Realizing ALL of our Positive Dreams, Thoughts, & Aspirations Manifest
We have each BEen gifted a plethora of POSITIVE, SELF enhancing information, conditioning, and socialization, and these we may wish to heighten and transcend to enLIGHTened states of BEingness, just as we may wish to release, alter or otherwise HEAL those aspects that are negative, hurtFull and SELF effacing. We CREATE our SELVes ☺
To do either however, we must first BEgin. We must first commit to ask the questions, be open to the answers, and BE willing to LOVE SELF regardless of what we find, that we MAY then heal, transcend, enLIGHTen and thus live life as intended to BE, Happy, Fulfilled, BlissFully Serene and Free ☺

We ALL have Mind Conversations, our thoughts of which we have approximately 64 000 daily, are our conversations with SELF….from “what should I do today?” to “why do I exist?” We ask questions and seek for the answers, all within SELF.
Keeping this in mind, it is important to objectively regard and review our personal conditioning and socializing experiences, that we may ascertain that which exists within our SELVes naturally. For example, there are some whom, are Naturally attracted to Music. From the earliest age, they are moved and greatly affected by the rhythmic vibrations of music-regardless of the attractions or detractions of those in their surround. Like an infant having a difficult time falling asleep, some are soothed by the soft touch of their blankie or pacifier, whilst others, the soft melodies of their parent’s voice. It simply is a Natural aspect of their BEingness.
To KNOW which “voices” are of our own, and those of others, we must pay attention to how the words make us FEEL.
FIRST and foremost, ANY words within our Mind’s Conversations that make us feel “less than”, or “not good enough” are NOT of our own natural BEingness.
It is important to note here, that NO ONE came to this Earth School to be unhappy. No one came here to feel depressed levels of happiness or anger, unworthiness or meaninglessness.
We ALL have a purpose for BEing.
And…..we are ALL BEings of LOVE’s Light.
We are NOT humans having a “spiritual experience” .
We ARE Spiritual BEings, BEings of Energy, of LIGHT, manifest within physical form.
Our bodies do NOT house our souls, our Souls house our bodies, they allow for their manifestation.
More over, our bodies are but a FRACTION of our overall BEingness. We are ONE with ALL that is.
We are INFINITE in our BEingness, our reach, our vibrational harmony.
Our bodies are merely a projection of the most densely packed energy vibration of our WHOLEness.
LOVE
Another KEY IMPORTANT TRUTH we MUST remember and keep in mind through out, is that those “voices” that are not of our own, naturally, for example, voices of our parent’s, friend’s, teacher’s, are not necessarily THEIR voices, naturally either!
Remember, we have ALL BEen subject to the conditioning of another, thus, my mom for example, whose voice I often heard telling me “it is important to ensure you are “self sufficient” BEfore you meet and marry any man”, heard the same words told to her, by her mother, whom was a self sufficient woman of the 20’s.
What is of the GREATest IMPORT here is to recognize that no matter how wacky things our caretakers, guidance providers, friends, associates, PEOPLE in general, have told us, we MUST REMEMBER that they too have BEen told things, things that are not necessarily of their TRUTH, however, so very conditioned into their BEingness, that they are unawares thereto.
Thus, we can NOT place blame, we can NOT reflect upon our parent’s for example, whom may have told us that we are “worthless without money”, “clueless without an education”, or “hopeless without beauty”. We MUST look upon our “conditioners” with LOVE, with understanding and compassion, for they are just as much a “victim” {ooooohhhh I don’t like that word….hmmmmmmm, let’s change that to……} an unawakened “product” of their own upbringing, environment, & cultural society.
None of WE are “victims” for ALL of WE have the ability to question, to seek answers, and to KNOW TRUTH.
